WHO I Am

I'm Twyla Prince, a tattoo artist, storyteller, and deep feeler.
I’ve always been drawn to meaning—to symbols, to moments, to the things we carry that don’t always have words. Tattooing became the medium where all of that came together: art, ritual, healing, and connection.

I’m also a mom to a beautiful, wild-hearted little boy named Jiraiya. Becoming a parent deepened my understanding of what it means to hold space for someone’s transformation—and that energy flows into every part of my work.

My Approach

I’m not here to just “tattoo” you. I’m here to listen—to your story, your vision, your energy—and translate that into something that feels real, beautiful, and true to you.

I work best with clients who value clarity, open communication, and intention. You don’t have to come to me with everything figured out—but you do have to come open. I’ll meet you there.

I design intuitively but with structure. I love lines, flow, negative space, and using symbolism to anchor emotion into form. Each piece is built with thoughtfulness and care, not just visual impact.

Background & Training

I’ve been tattooing professionally since 2016, but my connection to art and storytelling started long before that. With a background in fine art, illustration, & graphic design, constantly refining my technique and deepening my understanding of how art lives on skin.

My focus is in realism, fine line, and soulful custom work—from delicate florals to gothic micro pieces to anime. Every tattoo I create is backed by study, intuition, and care. I don’t just want to tattoo you—I want to make sure you feel seen in the process.
