🌙 Booking Inquiry Form

Let’s work together

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here.

Thank you for your interest in my work!

This form is the best way to begin the booking process with me and to get quotes for tattoos. It helps me understand your vision, your availability, and how we can co-create something meaningful together.

Please read and answer thoughtfully — it keeps things smooth, respectful, and in alignment with the care I put into every tattoo. Once submitted, I’ll reach out via text (3-6 days) to confirm details or ask any follow-up questions.

  • To give your piece the intention and energy it deserves:

Your tattoo design is created with intention, energy, and care—often hours of drawing, refining, and connecting to your vision. Because of that, all major design changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your session.

What counts as a major change?

    • Changing the tattoo subject (e.g. swapping a wolf for a dragon)

    • Changing placement (e.g. from upper arm to lower arm)

    • Swapping reference images or style direction

If you arrive to your session and want something different than what was confirmed:

    • A $50 redraw fee will be added

    • Your session may need to be rescheduled to protect the timeline and quality of your piece

This boundary honors the time I’ve already spent preparing for you and keeps our collaboration aligned, sacred, and stress-free for us both. 💛

Thank you for respecting the process.

    • Uncertain? Let’s Pause.
If you're still deciding between ideas, I’m happy to help—but let’s reschedule so we can move forward with clarity and alignment.

    • Keep Communication Streamlined
After you submit your Booking Inquiry Form, please keep any follow-up messages about your design in one text thread to my booking number only. This helps avoid miscommunication and makes sure I don’t miss anything important. I kindly ask that you avoid DMs or messages on social media, as those can overcomplicate the process and get lost. Thanks so much for your understanding!

      Studio Policies

      • Deposits are good for 1 reschedule. Additional reschedules = new deposit.

      • Deposits are valid for 1 year if you need to postpone (due to emergencies, surgery, pregnancy, etc.).

      • I respond to messages Tuesday–Saturday. Replies can take 3-6 days depending on workload—I always get back to everyone in the order messages come in.

      ✦ Touch-Up Policy ✦

I offer one complimentary touch-up within 3 months of your original tattoo date (unless otherwise discussed during your session).

After that window, touch-ups are available for a $50+ fee depending on the piece.

      Note:
🖤 Areas like hands, fingers, feet, elbows, and other high-friction zones fade more quickly and may require more than one pass.
Touch-ups in these areas are not complimentary — even within the first 3 months. A fee between $25–$45 may apply to cover setup and time.

      Please remember:

      • Touch-ups are not reworks or redesigns.

      • Improper aftercare, heavy sun exposure, or picking can void your free touch-up eligibility.

      • If unsure, feel free to ask — I want your piece to heal beautifully.

This process is sacred to me.
Every tattoo I create is rooted in care, intention, and alignment. Thank you for respecting the space we’re creating together—I’m excited to build something powerful with you.

    • Do you take walk-ins?
I'm appointment-only unless I happen to have a last-minute opening. Feel free to text my booking number and check!

    • How far out are you booked?
I’m usually booked a couple of weeks to 2 months in advance, depending on the season.

    • Can I get multiple tattoos in one session?
If you (or you and a friend) are getting small tattoos, definitely! For larger pieces, we’ll likely need to break it up into multiple sessions.

    • Do you tattoo hands, necks, or faces?
Yes, but only for clients 18 and older.

    • What if I need to reschedule?
Just text my booking number and let me know—no stress!

    • Can I bring a friend to my session?
You're welcome to bring 1-2 friends with you. Seating is limited, so please keep it to no more than 2 guests.

    • Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes—I offer one free touch-up within the first 3 months of getting your tattoo.

    • Can you design something before I book?
Yes! I offer a design fee option. You’ll receive the design to review, and if you decide to book, that fee becomes your deposit.

    • Can I use my own design?
Absolutely! Sharing your own design actually helps me better understand your vision so I can bring it to life in a way that feels true to you.

    • Do you tattoo over scars or stretch marks?
Yes, I do! Just know that scar tissue and stretch marks can sometimes swell more during the process and may require a touch-up depending on how the skin holds the ink. Some areas may feel more painful—or totally numb—it just depends on the depth and age of the scar.

    • What’s your minimum?
      My minimum is $100.

    • Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment and goes toward the total cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit will transfer to the new date.

    • Can I see the design before the appointment?
For most custom work, I’ll show you the design at the start of your appointment so we can make any adjustments together. If you'd like to see the design earlier, I offer a design fee option that includes review time before you book.

    • How do I know what size or placement will work best?
That’s part of what I help with! During the booking process, we’ll go over your ideas and I’ll guide you on what will work best for the design, your anatomy, and the overall flow of the tattoo.

    • Do you offer any flash designs?
I’m currently focusing on custom work mainly, but I do plan to release more curated flash in the near future. These will be one-of-a-kind, pre-drawn designs available for discounted rates during limited flash sales.

Make sure you’re following me on Instagram or Facebook, so you don’t miss the drop when it happens. I’ll be posting updates when flash becomes available!

    • What if I don’t know exactly what I want?
That’s okay! If you have a theme, a feeling, or even just a few words, we can start there. I love translating abstract ideas into visual art.

    • How do I book or get pricing?
You can fill out the booking form. I’ll follow up with a quote and available dates.

    • What’s your rate?

My current rate is $160/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per session.

      Why the rate change?
After 10+ years in the industry, I’ve raised my prices to reflect the energy, experience, and intentional care I bring to each piece. This helps me sustain high standards while protecting my time and well-being.

Do you offer discounts or friend rates?
A: I no longer offer discounts. In the past, I undercharged out of love or obligation—but I’ve realized that consistent pricing is a way of showing respect for both myself and my clients. If I choose to give a gift, it will be a surprise, not something expected.

What if I can’t afford your rate right now?
A: I completely understand, and there’s no pressure. I want you to invest in your tattoo when it feels aligned. If now isn’t the time, I’ll be here when it is!
